I made a promise at the beginning of this year to communicate more.

I also want to use this platform as an opportunity to introduce you to the amazing team we have here at Glotech, they’re a vital and integral part of everything we do, and they really do put truth into the saying ‘Teamwork makes the dream work’.

I’d like to start by introducing you to Ann. She joined as our Admin Assistant in 2014 and brings a fantastic level of customer service expertise to the team with over 30 years experience.

Prior to working with us, Ann had worked in the kitchen industry for 5 years and so her transition into the company was seamless. Her tenacity and drive impressed me so much, that last year I made her Customer Services Manager and I haven’t looked back.

Here at Glotech, no 2 days are the same and it’s imperative to have someone like Ann on board that I can trust to look after the client process from start to finish, and she really does do a good job.

Although her key roles are scheduling deliveries, installation, liaising with clients, designers, the list is endless – there really is nothing that Ann won’t do to help Glotech run like a well-oiled machine. And members of the team like Ann really are invaluable.

In her spare time, like the rest of the team at Glotech, Ann likes to spend time with her beloved family. She lives in St Albans with her husband, two daughters, 2 dogs, and 2 horses!
